Courtyard By Cafe Soul Garden

BYOB place. The food is good and portion size is big. They play IPL matches on a big screen and also have the music playing at low volume. A good place to hang out friends in case you want to have conversation. Mostly outdoor seating and also open seating on first floor. The ambience is good and on good weather days, this place is perfect for a meet up.

The overall place is nice being a BYOB place. You can bring your booze from shop next door only (formally). Must have - French fries Ambience (4) The ambience is nice as they different areas to sit on. There is middle open area along with corner private tables. Also, there is tables on terrace (first floor). It was good on both option. We went on two fridays. On first time, there was live performance of sufi+rock music just like coke studio one. It was the best 👌(5). Really loved a lot. However on second time there was dj which was not good at all. We wanted to dance and enjoy. He was playing non-dance music as well as complete songs (2.5). We also played pool which was chargeable - 300 per hour and 200 per half n hour. Food (3) We had different options of food. Crispy corn (2.5) which was over cooked. Fest fries (4) was good as it was crispy and tasty. We had Chicken wings (3.5) which is also good. The veg kababs (4) are also nice. We ordered veg and non veg pizzas which were not likable (2.5) Chips and dips (3.5) which had banana, potato and nachos.

This place constantly goes under renovation phase. This time it is courtyard last time i visited it was Machaan. It is an open place so in winter it becomes chilly. Ambience is nothing special here you get dhaba like feeling. Food is average but better than most of the pub or bar in gurgaon. Service is also not that good you order something you get something else. We ordered non veg pizza got veg. We ordered malai chicken starter don’t know what we got. Crispy corn:2/5 Malai chicken(whatever we got):4/5 Roasted chicken:3/5(little bit burnt) Pizza:(2/5) Veg platter:(2.5/5)

Very bad music. Uncomfortable chairs. Sad state of affairs with the service. Courtyard by Cafe Soul Garden has a really really long way to go when it comes to good service. All said and done, the food was nice. I hope the management takes notice of the chairs and music. Cleanliness around the entrance can be better. Better parking? A very messy affair.
